How can I create a new staff user?

Clinic Admins add staff through the CalproSmart portal to maintain proper access control. Contact your admin or support if you need permissions adjusted.

How do I reset MFA after changing phones?

Multi-factor authentication must be reset in the portal. Email support with your clinic details for a quick reset.


How do I activate a clinic?

New clinics go live after sales approval. If activation seems delayed, contact support for status.

What if a patient can’t perform the test?

Check cassette placement, control line visibility, and lighting. If problems persist, message support for troubleshooting steps.


Is CalproSmart available on tablets?

Not yet—smartphones provide required camera alignment. Use supported phones to avoid inaccurate scans.

How do I create patients correctly?

Use the dedicated “Create Patient” workflow inside the portal so each patient links to the correct clinic and physician.


What if login fails after clinic creation?

Ensure the clinic is fully activated. If issues continue, reach out and our team will verify account status.
