CalproSmart® Self-Test

CAL201, CAL230, CAL240, CAL250

What is it?
CalproSmart is an app-guided lateral flow self-test designed for remote monitoring of patients with chronic inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), including Ulcerative Colitis and Crohn’s disease. It enables patients to test at home at set intervals defined by their healthcare provider or on demand, and to securely share quantitative fecal calprotectin results (77–1500 mg/kg) with their clinical team, supporting proactive flare detection and treatment decisions.

Why CalproSmart matters!
Research shows that calprotectin levels rise 3–6 months before clinical symptoms appear, which allows earlier detection of inflammation at a sub-clinical stage. This proactive approach helps support better daily management for patients and reduces pressure on clinics through more efficient follow up.
